There is a great range of benefits from yoga and your sex life is also one of them! There are many areas in your sex life that yoga can help with, this ultimately leaves you feeling empowered and sexy in your body. I keep up with my yoga routine because it reaches into so many areas of my life, and being even somewhat regular with activity improves a lot over time. When I am at my best, I am doing yoga 20-60 minutes a day, and I go walk for about 20-60 minutes (either leisure or going to run an errand). I feel like these activities combined over time help you lead a very active lifestyle that benefits your sex life.
